I'm Tristin Sapsky
I have been working on my Graphic arts Associates Degree, Graphic Design Certificate, and my Web Design Certificate.
I'm now ready to make a name for myself and to be part of a team to improve the world of Graphic Arts.
Web Design
I've been learning, improving, and creating websites since Fall 2019. So, I'm enthusiastic to apply my understanding of web design to a full-time position. I can design a website to have several different styles. However, I believe that a great website is a simple website. Flashy elements and new innovations are nice. But the entire point of a website is to offer readable information. Meaning that the information needs to be shown without too many distracting elements. Otherwise, the website will be confusing and won't visit it again.
However, that doesn't mean a good website has to be boring to be effective. Simple doesn't have to mean boring. Simple means easily understood or done, presenting no difficulty. That's exactly what I prioritize in my websites. However, I still add some nice design by adding color, contrast, images, and white space. Simplicity and effectiveness is better than complicated and new.
Graphic Design
I've been interested in Graphic Design ever since middle school, which was in 2012. I have experience working with programs such as; Adobe XD, Bridge, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom-Classic, Premier Pro, and Photoshop. I'm also experienced with a camera to take professional photography. I've designed flyers, catalogs, posters, postcards, a book. and a magazine. I thrive in environments where innovation and good communication are encouraged, and I love to explore new concepts.
These abilities, coupled with a passion for the field, are well-aligned with the requirements for the Graphic Designer role. I perform best in a work culture that promotes high-energy teamwork balanced with positivity and collaboration. I am dependable and creative with a strong work ethic and an artistic eye. I possess experience in innovation, collaboration, leadership, time management, and organization.
